Quote Request Consent
Recovery Tourism may eventually offer quote-request, inquiry, or lead-routing tools. Those tools are not active unless they are visible on the site with current consent language.
Submitting a quote request would not create a doctor-patient relationship with Recovery Tourism or with any provider. Recovery Tourism does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, insurance advice, legal advice, or clinical triage.
Consent Must Be Separate
Any future quote request should separate:
- consent for Recovery Tourism to contact the visitor;
- consent for Recovery Tourism to share the request with a provider or partner;
- acknowledgment that Recovery Tourism does not provide medical advice;
- acknowledgment that the visitor should not submit sensitive health documents.
Recovery Tourism should not send a visitor inquiry to a clinic, hospital, doctor, recovery stay, concierge, or partner unless the visitor gives consent and the request passes manual review.
Do Not Submit Sensitive Health Information
Do not submit:
- medical records;
- lab results;
- prescriptions;
- diagnosis documents;
- procedure photos;
- insurance IDs;
- passport images;
- Social Security numbers;
- full health histories;
- urgent medical concerns.
If future tools need more detail, Recovery Tourism should request only the minimum information needed for general routing and should not request private medical documents in the MVP.
Manual Review
Quote requests should go to a manual review queue before any provider routing. Manual review should check:
- consent choices;
- whether the request is general enough for non-clinical handling;
- whether emergency or urgent language is present;
- whether sensitive documents were submitted;
- whether the provider row is eligible for routing;
- whether paid, sponsored, affiliate, or referral relationships require disclosure.

No Emergency Support
Do not use quote-request forms, email, chat, AI, phone, voice, or messaging tools for emergencies. Contact local emergency services or qualified medical professionals.
