Provider Listing Terms

These terms apply to providers with a listing on Recovery Tourism. They supplement the Terms of Service.
Listings Are Informational
A listing is informational. It is not an endorsement, a ranking, or a recommendation to use a provider. Recovery Tourism does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.
Paid Plans Change Presentation Only
A paid plan changes how a profile is presented, or adds a labeled sponsored placement. It does not change verification labels or editorial review.
Payment cannot buy a verification label, skip source review, or turn a listing into an endorsement. The standards in the Provider Listing Methodology still apply. No plan promises visitors, inquiries, bookings, or referrals.
Directory prices
Prices are in US dollars, per month. Online checkout is not open yet.

These paid rates are for a doctor or clinic and for a hospital. Dentists, surgery centers, retreat or wellness organizations, and other listing types stay on the free factual listing until a rate is set.
The List Your Clinic page still shows an older founding enhanced profile at $249 per month or $2,490 per year. That is not a second tier. It stays only until this menu replaces it.
Renewal and refunds
A paid directory plan is billed monthly. Provider plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancel anytime by emailing contact@recoverytourism.com; your plan stays active through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid, including partial periods, are not refunded except where required by law. Paid plan payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
Separate website and assistant work
A website, an AI receptionist, or CRM alerts are Bowman Web Services work. They are not part of a directory plan and they are not sold from this page. The written quote sets the price, the minimum term, and how to cancel. Current public BWS examples, which still need a quote before anyone is billed, include Clean Slate website plans and Lead Machine assistant plans. None of those is a Recovery Tourism verification product, and none of them is medical advice.
Keep Information Accurate
Providers must keep the information on their listing accurate, including the organization name, location, services described, public contact route, and any credential they ask us to show. Tell us when something we display is no longer correct.
Listings We Cannot Verify
We may correct, hold, or remove a listing we cannot verify. That includes a listing whose public sources conflict, whose credentials we cannot check, or whose provider does not correct information we have asked about.
