Provider Profile Requirements

Provider Profile Requirements

No public provider listings are live yet.

This page explains what a future Recovery Tourism provider profile would need before it could appear publicly. A public profile is not a recommendation, ranking, medical opinion, safety guarantee, credential guarantee, or promise that a provider is appropriate for a specific visitor.

Public-safe fields

A future public profile should use source-backed public information only, such as:

Private fields

Private research should not appear on a public profile.

Private fields include internal risk notes, unpublished source evidence, private contact names, private emails, sales notes, quote requests, visitor requests, consent records, medical details, call notes, chat transcripts, phone transcripts, pricing negotiations, outreach history, and internal review comments.

Provider rows stay private unless a publication review separates public-safe fields from private fields.

Source evidence

Source evidence should support the profile before publication.

Useful source evidence may include provider-owned websites, accreditor pages, government or regulator pages, professional association references, tourism-board pages, public corporate records, or provider-confirmed public business details.

Provider-submitted claims may be useful, but they do not replace independent review. A submitted correction does not create a public listing by itself.

See the provider listing methodology for the current publication rules.

Disclosure

Any sponsored, affiliate, referral, advertising, paid profile, or lead-routing relationship must be disclosed where relevant.

Paid placement does not replace source review, does not buy a ranking, and does not create a safety claim.

See the sponsored placement disclosure for the current disclosure boundary.

Corrections are not paywalled

Providers may use the provider claim/update page to submit public business corrections.

Corrections are reviewed separately from sponsorship, paid placement, referral relationships, advertising, or future profile upgrades.

Providers may use the provider opt-out page to request outreach suppression or review of publication concerns.

Publication gates

No doctor, clinic, hospital, recovery stay, wellness retreat, concierge, hotel recovery partner, transportation provider, or other organization should appear as a public profile until:

This page does not approve provider outreach, phone calls, sales contact, lead routing, contact automation, public provider listings, or AI directory answers.
