Recovery Tourism is building a doctor and provider directory for medical tourism, recovery stays, wellness retreats, and related travel support across the Caribbean, Latin America, and Mexico.
No public provider listings are live yet.
This page explains how the directory will work before names, profiles, or listing pages are published. A future listing is not a recommendation, ranking, safety guarantee, medical opinion, or proof that a provider is appropriate for a specific visitor.
Current Status
The directory is still in research and verification mode.
Recovery Tourism does not publish private provider research, risk notes, contact details, source evidence queues, quote requests, consent records, sales notes, phone transcripts, chat transcripts, or internal review notes on public pages.
Provider research stays private until source evidence, listing methodology, disclosures, opt-out handling, and owner approvals are ready.
What A Future Listing Should Explain
A public directory listing should be limited to source-backed public facts, such as:
- provider or organization name;
- provider type;
- country, destination, and city;
- public website;
- service categories;
- public language and international-patient support information;
- verification label;
- last-reviewed date;
- public source links;
- sponsored or paid relationship disclosure when relevant.
It should not include private notes, unpublished source evidence, private contacts, sales details, consumer requests, medical records, or unsupported claims.

Provider listing status questions, correction questions, opt-out concerns, quote requests, safety concerns, privacy issues, and AI directory edge cases may require manual review before any action is taken.
For Providers
Providers can use the public pages below for corrections, profile questions, and outreach suppression:
Corrections are reviewed separately from any paid placement, sponsorship, referral relationship, or future profile upgrade.
Publication Gates
No doctor, clinic, hospital, recovery stay, concierge, hotel recovery partner, transportation provider, or other organization should appear as a public listing until:
- source evidence has been reviewed;
- public fields are separated from private fields;
- methodology and disclosure language are ready;
- opt-out and correction paths are ready;
- owner readiness approval exists;
- owner send/publish approval exists for the exact listing batch.
No provider outreach, phone calls, sales contact, lead routing, contact automation, public provider listing, or AI directory answer is approved by this page.
