AI Assistant Notice
Recovery Tourism may eventually offer an AI-assisted site search, chat, or voice tool. The first version should be limited to general research and navigation across approved public site content.
No AI tool is a doctor, clinician, emergency service, medical advisor, insurance advisor, lawyer, or provider recommendation engine.
Allowed Uses
An approved AI tool may help visitors:
- find relevant public pages on Recovery Tourism;
- summarize approved public content;
- explain general medical tourism, recovery stay, wellness retreat, accreditation, and destination research concepts;
- suggest questions to ask licensed medical professionals, providers, insurers, or travel professionals;
- explain Recovery Tourism’s public methodology, disclaimers, disclosures, and consent boundaries.
Blocked Uses
The AI tool must not:
- diagnose symptoms;
- recommend treatment;
- rank a provider as best or safest;
- triage emergencies;
- interpret medical records;
- collect medical records, lab results, prescriptions, photos, insurance IDs, passport images, or diagnosis details;
- route a visitor to a provider without consent and manual review;
- hide paid placement, sponsored profile, affiliate, or referral relationships.
Directory Data
The AI assistant should not answer from private provider research, risk notes, private contact details, sales notes, quote requests, consent records, suppression records, phone transcripts, or unapproved directory fields.
Verified directory fields may be added later only after:
- the public listing methodology is live;
- the row has a public gate that allows publication;
- the row has an AI gate that allows public AI use;
- disclosures are ready;
- owner approval is recorded for the exact AI directory expansion.
Language And Translation
AI translation, multilingual chat, and voice language support should be treated as general navigation help only.
See the language and translation notice.
Manual Review
Provider, quote, routing, privacy, translation, source-quality, and safety edge cases should go to manual review before any action is taken.
See the manual review policy.
